  • Overview

    Plants are tall, with excellent yield and good cold hardiness. The ruffled blue-green leaves have an attractive curl. Vigorous, productive plants.

  • Planting

    Direct sow 10-12 weeks before first fall frost, or start indoors and transplant. Can also be sown in early spring 4-6 weeks before last frost.

  • Growing

    Sun: partial. Water: low. Soil pH: 6–7.5. Space plants 12" apart. Germination: 7-14.

  • Pests & diseases

    Common pests: Cabbage worms, aphids, flea beetles. Common diseases: Black rot, clubroot, downy mildew.
