Overview
3" fully double blooms in a regal shade of rich purple are lush with abundant layering and ruffling. Group 2, for early spring to summer harvest. Lisianthus is also known as prairie gentian, Texas bluebell, and showy prairie gentian. Pelleted seeds.
Planting
Start indoors 10-12 weeks before last frost date under lights; transplant outdoors after last frost when soil reaches 60°F+
Growing
Sun: partial. Water: high. Soil: Well-drained, fertile soil amended with compost; prefers slightly acidic to neutral pH. Space plants 12" apart. Germination: 10-14 days.
