Overview
Bright green leaves with contrasting, dark maroon stems and veins. Same sharp, tangy flavor as regular sorrel. Best variety for indoor production. Best when harvested young for salad mix as large leaves are tough. Also available in organic seed.

Direct sow after last frost in spring, or sow in late summer for fall harvest
Growing
Sun: full. Water: high. Soil: Well-drained, slightly acidic to neutral loam. Space plants 12" apart. Germination: 7-14 days.
