- 75 days to maturity
- Flowers
- 18" spacing
- High water

Overview
Vigorous plants produce 1 1/2-2 1/2" wide, double and semidouble blooms. The only orange zinnia we've found that produces mid-sized blooms and is tall enough for cutting. While from the same breeder as the beloved Queen/Queeny series, Queeny Pure Orange stands apart. Its blooms are smaller than others in the series, and instead of antique hues, it produces simple, pure shades of orange. Most similar to the Oklahoma series in bloom size and timing. Cut-and-come-again flower, yielding multiple cuts over the season.
Planting
Start indoors 6–8 weeks before last frost date at 70–75°F, or direct sow outdoors after last frost when soil reaches 60°F
Growing
Sun: full. Water: high. Soil: Well-draining soil enriched with compost or aged manure; tolerates average soil but prefers fertile conditions. Space plants 18" apart. Germination: 7–10 days.
