A spectacular heirloom watermelon famous for its mystical dark green rind decorated with yellow 'stars' and larger yellow 'moons' that make each fruit a work of art. Planting
Direct sow when soil is 70°F+ or start indoors 3-4 weeks before transplanting. Needs long, warm growing season and plenty of space.

Sun: full. Soil pH: 6–7. Space plants 48" apart. Germination: 7-14.
