Overview
Unlike most green-stemmed pac chois, heads are proportional and filled out at the true baby size. This smaller size results in quicker kitchen prep - simply cut in halves or quarters and cook. For mini-head production only, as heads will not become large.
Planting
Direct sow after last frost, or start indoors 4-6 weeks before transplanting
Growing
Sun: shade. Water: high. Soil: Well-drained, fertile soil with consistent moisture. Space plants 6" apart. Germination: 7-10 days.

Common pests: Flea beetles, cabbage moths, aphids, slugs. Common diseases: Clubroot, bacterial soft rot, downy mildew.
