    Joi Choi forms a 12-15" tall, broad, heavy plant with dark green leaves and thick, flattened white petioles. Tolerant to heat and cold. Space 10-12" apart.

    Direct sow seeds after last frost; can also succession plant every 2-3 weeks through growing season

    Sun: shade. Water: high. Soil: Well-drained, fertile soil rich in organic matter. Space plants 10" apart. Germination: 7-10 days.
