Overview
Very fancy white glumes (kernels) offset by long black awns. Easy textural element for fresh and dried bouquets. Also known as durum wheat.

Direct sow 1-2 inches deep in spring after last frost, or fall in warmer climates

Sun: full. Water: low. Soil: Well-drained loam to sandy loam, moderately fertile. Space plants 4" apart. Germination: 7-10 days.
