    For summer and fall crops. Bishop has well-wrapped heads, excellent vigor, and wide adaptability.

    Start indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost and transplant, or direct sow after last frost

    Sun: partial. Water: high. Soil: Well-drained loam, fertile, slightly acidic to neutral (pH 6.0-7.5). Space plants 18" apart. Germination: 7-14 days.

    Common pests: Cabbage worms, flea beetles, cabbage loopers, diamondback moths. Common diseases: Clubroot, black rot, fusarium yellows.
