Overview
Tall, extremely vigorous plants produce bold, beautiful flowers up to 8" across. Bright yellow, bronze, and purple shades with some bicolors. Good choice for farmscaping, sunflower mazes, and tall border rows. Bears pollen; good for bee forage. Stem length is 15-44". Branching; produces many long stems.Edible Flowers: Flower buds can be fried and the petals used as a garnish in salads and desserts; the flavor is bittersweet.
